Community Fitness

Fitness is an important part of every community.

I have been involved with community sports as a squash coach since 1997 and I am proud to say that I have coached two generations of players in that time.

As a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Embodiment Coach and Mentor I love to share more than just sports coaching to communities.

Fitness is an important part of everybody's wellbeing so I'm happy to now be offering community fitness to help families stay Healthy, Fit and Happy together.

Embark community fitness

Partnering with Yolk Property Group and presented by the new Embark Land Estate.

Offering local residents a FREE fitness session every Sunday Morning.

These fitness sessions include

  • Running/ Jogging/ Walking

  • Bootcamp/ Circuit Classes/ Boxing

  • Yoga

and are fun and fitness for the whole family with Sean Brockman Training.
